Last updated:2026-11-07 · Effective:2026-11-08
Welcome to NoRush. These Terms govern browsing, content, links and related support provided by the NoRush website operator (“we” or “us”). Each app has separate terms; personal information is covered by the website Privacy Policy. Read these Terms before use, particularly disclaimers, liability limits and dispute resolution. If you disagree, stop using the relevant services.

1. Website services and use
The website provides product information, download links, policies and contacts. It does not provide medical services, nutrition prescriptions, account trading or payments. Pre-release information is not a promise of download availability or permanent features. Check the actual store and app pages for features, prices, compatibility and age requirements.
You may browse for lawful personal purposes. Do not use the website unlawfully, infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute malicious code, disrupt services, bypass security or unlawfully obtain others’ information. Do not systematically scrape protected content, mirror or repackage the website without authorization. Exceptions expressly permitted by law and open licenses remain applicable. Provide your own device and network and bear their costs.
2. Intellectual property and third parties
Website software, original design, branding and original content belong to us or relevant licensors. Third-party images, fonts, data and references follow their sources and licenses. All ungranted rights are reserved. Do not exceed licenses or imply our authorization or endorsement.
The site may link to the App Store, references, email and other external services governed by their own terms and privacy rules. References do not warrant accuracy, legality, continued availability or suitability. Independent third-party disputes are handled by the responsible party under its terms and law. Separate component licenses control conflicting provisions concerning that component.
3. Your content and feedback
You must have necessary rights or authority for content you voluntarily provide and retain your existing rights. We may use it as necessary to handle requests, maintain services, resolve disputes and fulfil legal duties, subject to the Privacy Policy for personal information. We may use voluntary general product suggestions and non-confidential feedback to maintain, develop and improve services without compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Changes, termination and breach
We may update, suspend or end relevant services for technical, content, security or business reasons and do not promise permanent content, features or links. You may stop using the website at any time. For serious unlawful conduct, infringement or security risks, we may lawfully stop services we control, terminate relevant licenses and pursue remedies. Email us to challenge a measure.
If your unlawful conduct, infringement or breach results in claims or losses against us, you must indemnify us within your legal responsibility for losses, liabilities and reasonable necessary expenses including legal fees, investigation and dispute-resolution expenses. We may defend claims and you must reasonably cooperate; settlements and liability follow applicable law. Termination does not affect accrued rights and liabilities or provisions intended to survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and disputes.
5. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without additional express, implied or statutory warranties including merchantability, fitness, accuracy and non-infringement, except as validly expressly agreed. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service or satisfaction of every personal need. General support statements create no additional warranty. Website information is general reference and does not replace professional advice, app-specific information or independent verification of important matters.
For force majeure and other events beyond reasonable control preventing or delaying service, we are relieved of corresponding liability as legally permitted and take reasonable impact-reduction measures as appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and relevant affiliates and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages including lost profits, goodwill, use or data, even if advised of their possibility. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months. Relevant affiliates, suppliers, licensors and distributors are intended beneficiaries. These provisions do not exclude or limit non-waivable liability or statutory rights, including legally protected liability for personal injury, intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Governing law and disputes
6.1 Informal resolution first. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes arising from these Terms or the Services amicably. You may send written notice to proateak@gmail.com stating your name, a contact email address, when the dispute arose, the relevant facts, the resolution sought and, where applicable, relevant transaction information. Provide missing necessary information or explain why it cannot be supplied. The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute within sixty days after receiving a notice sufficient to identify it and may arrange an individual settlement discussion. To the extent permitted by law, the parties agree to toll applicable claim periods during that discussion period. This process does not prevent steps required by law to avoid expiry of a claim period, complaints to competent authorities or applications for urgent relief.
6.2 Users in mainland China. Regional provisions apply according to the user’s habitual residence. For users habitually resident in mainland China, the formation, validity, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. The place of execution of these Terms is Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China. If the dispute is not resolved informally, the parties agree to submit it to the people’s court having jurisdiction in the place of execution of these Terms, namely Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China.
6.3 Users outside mainland China. For users habitually resident outside mainland China, the law governing these Terms and related disputes is determined under the choice-of-law rules applied by a competent court. If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may bring proceedings before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law. Non-waivable consumer protections and statutory jurisdiction rules applicable in the user’s habitual residence apply as required.
6.4 Procedure and time limits for overseas claims. For users described in Section 6.3, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties agree to bring claims only in their individual capacities and not as plaintiffs or members of class, collective or representative proceedings. To the extent applicable law permits a shorter claim period, claims arising from the Services or these Terms must be brought within one year after accrual. Any period that cannot lawfully be shortened or other mandatory requirement applies as required by law. This paragraph does not apply to users in mainland China described in Section 6.2.
7. General terms
You may not assign rights or duties without our prior written consent except as permitted by law. We may transfer them to a lawful successor in a reorganization, merger or business transfer and complete required procedures.
These Terms and validly incorporated supplemental terms form the entire agreement on their subject matter. Invalidity of a provision does not affect the rest; non-exercise or delay is not waiver. Headings are for convenience. Chinese and English aim to express the same rules, with differences interpreted under applicable law.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, product, technical or business changes through website pages or other appropriate means, with legally required notices and consent for material changes. Stop affected services if you disagree. Legally required notice forms and periods remain applicable.
8. Contact and rights complaints
For support, disputes or intellectual property complaints, email proateak@gmail.com. Rights complaints should identify the protected work or right, location of the content, reply details and necessary ownership or agency evidence, include the rights holder’s or authorized representative’s signature and confirm accuracy, good faith and authority. We investigate and act lawfully, including removing, replacing or stopping content we control, and may request necessary additional evidence. Do not send unrelated sensitive information.
