The website does not set browser cookies or use advertising, visitor analytics, cross-site tracking, marketing pixels or third-party tracking SDKs. It does not store language, identity or permission records in localStorage or sessionStorage. Page visits still send information needed for server communication; see the website Privacy Policy.

2. Languages and old records

The Chinese homepage is https://norush.xin/ and the English homepage is https://norush.xin/en.html. Language controls switch to the corresponding URL without redirecting based on historical preferences.

The previous language-memory feature has been retired. Its norush-language and norush-consent-v1 localStorage records are removed from the current origin on the next visit. Clear other browsers, devices or origins using their browser controls.

3. Your choices

Current features use no optional storage requiring a permission choice, so there is no first-visit consent banner. Privacy settings in the footer explains current storage use; dismissing it does not write a permission record.

You may clear existing site data through browser privacy settings. Blocking storage does not prevent browsing or manual language switching.

4. Future changes and contact
