1. Information we process

Our server and hosting provider receive the IP address, requested path, time, browser and other client request information needed to communicate with your browser. Access and error logs may be created to deliver pages, diagnose faults and maintain security. The website does not offer account registration, online payments or body-profile uploads.

If you email us, we receive your address, message, attachments and information you voluntarily provide to respond and handle the request. Provide only necessary information, redact unrelated details in screenshots and do not send passwords, payment card numbers or unrelated health records.

When you select a download badge, our server uses public IP allocation ranges to choose a mainland China or international App Store entry. We do not send your IP to a third-party lookup service or save an additional region preference. Allocation-based matching may be inaccurate, and a VPN or proxy can affect the result. Your Apple Account region ultimately determines the store where you can download apps.

2. Cookies and local storage

The website does not set browser cookies, use advertising, analytics, attribution or cross-site tracking scripts, or save language preferences or permission records. The address you open determines the language. Use the language control at the top to switch. Historical preferences do not redirect you.

The retired language feature’s norush-language and norush-consent-v1 records are removed on the next visit. Privacy settings in the footer explains current storage use. See the Cookie Policy for details.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Network and necessary operational information deliver pages, select a download storefront, diagnose faults and maintain security. Support information answers queries, corrections, complaints and privacy requests, protects lawful rights and fulfils legal obligations.

We obtain consent where required and rely on other grounds only where applicable law allows. New purposes or features receive the required notice and additional consent before processing where necessary. Updating a policy alone does not authorize new processing.

4. Providers, sharing and disclosure

The website uses Alibaba Cloud servers in Guangzhou, mainland China, and support email uses Gmail. Providers process information necessary for their services. For entrusted processing, we specify purposes, duration, methods, information types, safeguards and duties as required. Transfers to independent controllers receive legally required notice and separate consent where required.

We do not sell personal information or use support information for targeted advertising. We disclose only as necessary under valid authorization, legal duties, valid legal process, specific disputes or lawful rights protection, as permitted by law. In a business transfer, we give legally required notice of the recipient’s name and contact details and require continued protection; changes to processing purposes or methods require renewed consent where applicable. We do not publicly disclose personal information except under valid authorization or law.

5. Retention, location and international transfers

Website operational information is processed in the mainland China hosting environment. The website no longer stores language preferences or permission records. Gmail involves overseas processing. Browser cookie choices do not automatically delete support emails.

We retain personal information actually received for the shortest period necessary for these purposes. Legal requirements and specific disputes may justify further retention. When purposes and other grounds end, information is deleted or lawfully anonymized. Logs and backups follow the relevant services’ actual cleanup mechanisms; retained information is restricted to the relevant purpose.

For cross-border provision, we give legally required notice concerning overseas recipients, purposes, information types and rights procedures, obtain separate consent where required and complete required procedures.

6. Choices and rights

Use Privacy settings in the footer to view storage information or clear browser site data. Direct Chinese and English URLs display their corresponding languages without redirects based on historical preferences.

Depending on applicable law, you may have access, copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal, conditional portability and regulatory complaint rights. For information we actually hold, email proateak@gmail.com. We use proportionate identity verification, respond within applicable statutory periods or explain lawful reasons for declining, and do not request unnecessary proof or unlawfully discriminate for exercising rights. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. We cannot remotely inspect or delete app records held only on your device.

7. Security and children

The website uses HTTPS. We manage server and mailbox access and known security issues according to business risks. Network, email and device storage cannot be absolutely secure. For incidents involving information we process, we take remedial, notification and reporting measures required by law.

The website introduces products to the general public and does not ask children to submit information. Contact us if a child has provided information requiring special protection; we will investigate and act lawfully. Each app’s age and guardian requirements are governed by its own policy.

8. Scope, changes and contact

This Policy covers the website and related website support. Apps, the App Store, external sources and email services have their own rules for independent processing; review them when leaving this site. We update this Policy and date as processing changes, provide appropriately prominent notice of material changes and obtain further consent before processing where required.
